Anna Wood
Operations Manager
With a decade of experience in real estate, Anna brings a well-rounded background to her role as Director of Operations for a large, dynamic team. Her journey began as an agent in Texas while also working as her Broker's EA. While in Texas, she grew her Broker's personal production to over 100 families served per year while also selling 12 homes per year herself. Her move to Florida brought her to the Platinum Group team where she started as the listing and transaction coordinator for the team and is now directing the operations for Jen and PJ's 4 businesses.
One of the most rewarding parts of her role is mentoring and guiding new agents as they grow their businesses and reach their goals. Anna has a servant's heart and believes in leading with integrity, sharing her knowledge, and helping others succeed. Her daily quote is "I'm sure I will figure it out" and problem solving is her super power.
Outside of work, Meaghan has been married to her husband for 16 years. They are proud parents of two daughters and one son who are her "why". She enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, watching her kids thrive in their activities, and making lasting memories with her family whenever she can.
